Sustainability
Commercial electrification with second-life discipline
ONE MOTO’s sustainability model is built around audited ESG policies, modular repair, battery redeployment and the creation of lower-emission delivery fleets that can be tracked at vehicle level.

Second life
Vehicles and batteries built for redeployment
Hyper-modular vehicle design supports part replacement and redeployment into secondary markets. Batteries can be repurposed for solar storage and off-grid community applications after mobility use.

Audited ESG framework
The dataroom lists the ESG framework and supporting policies set for investor review.
10,000 homes ambition
Second-life batteries are intended for solar storage and rural or off-grid community use at zero recipient cost.
Commercial
proof
Fleet deployment creates tracked, recurring vehicle-level data rather than generic carbon narratives.
The future of Energy
The considerations for now will be different from the technological advances of the future, we’ve considered this deeply.
Our battery packs will be repurposed into battery storage containers, supplied for free to countries and rural areas providing power by solar.
ONE MOTO was built with sustainability as part of its foundation, not an add-on. The brand’s ambition is generational loyalty built around shared values with its customers and the next generation, in the way Apple has built loyalty around its own values and design language.
Second Life
Vehicles and parts. ONE MOTO vehicles are designed to be hyper-modular, so parts can be replaced quickly and inexpensively. The intent is that a customer should only ever need one ONE MOTO vehicle for life, with components upgraded rather than the vehicle replaced.
- Market redeployment. Vehicle needs differ by market. Where a market needs a lower range, lower cost vehicle, ONE MOTO redeploys refurbished vehicles from primary to secondary markets rather than retiring them.
- Batteries. At end of life, battery packs are planned for repurposing into battery storage containers, supplied free of charge to rural and off-grid communities powered by solar. The stated goal is powering 10,000 homes at zero cost to the recipient community.
- ESG framework. ONE MOTO operates under an audited ESG framework, built up as part of the group’s 2020-2024 track record. Full policy detail sits in the appendix.
- Carbon revenue. Vehicle ownership across the fleet generates carbon credits, which the group intends to bank and deploy as part of its expansion phase. At 20,000 vehicles, and scaling to a dynamic slider showing outcomes up to 100,000 vehicles, this becomes a genuine secondary revenue line as well as an ESG credential, not just a compliance box to tick.
